Join us on Friday, Feb. 28 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Sip D'Vine in Tigard with your pickleball vacation hosts and our local Sandals Resort representative providing an in depth review of the resort and all its inclusions. You will be treated to a glass of wine and light bites. Please register in advance.

Time to Travel Tours travelers will enjoy complimentary access to the Club Mobay Lounge at departure. This included amenity allows you to fast-track through airport security and immigration with time to enjoy the lounge.

The state-of-the-art lounge includes three premium bars offering complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, complimentary snacks including sandwiches, Jamaican patties, pasta, soup, etc. a business centre with computer access and free printing and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

  • We’ve secured two room types for pickleball travelers at special group rates:

    • Silver Sun Beachfront rooms ($4,470.40 based on double occupancy)

    • Starlight Beachfront Luxury Rooms (2nd + 3rd floor rooms, $4,766.50 based on double occupancy)

    • Sandals Resorts are designed for couples and every room only has a single King Bed. (Hide-a-beds are not available)

    • Contact Carolyn for additional room options and pricing (20 room categories are available)

  • Not included: Airfare to and from Montego Bay (MBJ) Travelers book their own flights. Travel protection to cover flights is not included

  • Valid Passport Required. Expiration date must be more than 6 months from your return to U.S. (June 2026 and on)

Silver Sun Beachfront Rooms

These beachfront rooms reside in the second and third levels of the Silver Sun buildings. Inside, the spacious room is adorned with custom crafted furnishings, a four-poster king size bed and large smart TV. A sliding barn style door within the room leads to a luxuriously appointed bathroom. Outside, a glass door leads to a balcony offering sweeping views of the south coast beach and lush tropical gardens. Rooms include Robert Mondavi varietal wines and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, juice, soda and local beer.

Starlight Beachfront Luxury Rooms

These rooms are nestled on the second and third floors of the Starlight buildings, inviting guests to unwind with mesmerizing ocean views from the private balcony, featuring a Tranquility Soaking Tub for two, privacy curtain and a bistro dining set. The spacious interior invites offers custom-crafted furnishings, a king-size bed, large HD Smart TV, and seating area. Rooms include Robert Mondavi varietal wines and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, juice, soda and local beer.

 

The pickleball experience

Your day will begin with a light continental breakfast at the courts which includes coffee, juice, fresh fruit and a selection of proteins. After a quick bite you will have the option of playing with friends, joining a round robin group or practicing your skills in a drill session. Feel free to enjoy a full breakfast at Bayside or Eleanors following your play.

Groups will be divided into 3 abilities. 

  • Players who play once a month, just learning the game. 

  • Intermediate players who play once or twice a week. These players enjoy a friendly game without being too aggressive. 

  • Players who enjoy aggressive play and have the proficient skill set to third shot drop, reset, lob and accept body attacks.

We will play for a period of two hours from 7-9 a.m. Free play available after that. You can pick and choose the days you want to play. We will have 10 courts reserved for us each day. Water and cold towels provided. Balls provided. Bring your own paddles. All play will be respectful and courteous. 

This is not set up as a clinic, academy or tournament - no private lessons. Skill range is scaled for 2.5 - 4.0ish.
