REGISTRATION FORM NOTES

• Travel dates: April 18-28, 2024 (10-night package inclusion, 7-night all-inclusive Galapagos Celebrity Cruise). Please note any extension requests in the comments section.

• Special group rate: $10,019 per person for the 10-night package (20% discount included in the price). PLUS $750 air credit applied at time of deposit. Extensions and room upgrades are available upon request.

• Payment section. Upon completion of the registration form, Carolyn Horne will send a reservation email for your final review before any payments are made. When you provide final confirmation at that point, a $900 (per cabin) deposit will be charged to the card used in the payment section.

• Room type. The group rate includes the premium ocean-view staterooms. Upgraded rooms are available upon request. You can view room options here. Please note in the registration form if you are interested in upgrading.
